The Maned Collection jewelry is made-to-order and typically takes 7-10 business days for processing after the order is confirmed. Customized items may require additional processing times, which will be communicated during the order placement. If you require a rush order, please email us at info@manedjewelry.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Rates and Methods:

We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders. Additionally, express shipping options such as FedEx 2Day (2 business days) and FedEx Overnight (1 business day) are available for an additional charge. For international orders, shipping rates are calculated based on the order's weight, destination, and the selected shipping method. We offer DHL shipping to most countries. Please note that the destination country may require taxes, customs fees, import duties, and other charges. The recipient is responsible for any additional charges required by customs for clearance. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these charges for you. Additionally, we are not able to assist or be held liable in the case that an international package is lost or encounters issues during customs clearance.

Estimated Delivery Times:

The estimated delivery time is calculated from the date of order processing, not the date of purchase. Refer to the estimated delivery times provided during the checkout process based on your chosen shipping method and destination. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as customs processing, natural disasters, or carrier-related issues. While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package's progress.

Lost or Damaged Items:

If your order was damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team at info@manedjewelry.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in processing a claim and guide you through the next steps.
