Refund policy

For eligible purchases, we offer the option to exchange or return items for store credit within 14 days of delivery or pick-up. Please note that refunds to the original payment method are not available. International orders are exempt from returns. Additionally, custom/bespoke orders, altered merchandise, and sale items are not eligible for returns.

To start a return, kindly submit a request by contacting us at info@manedjewelry.com. All returns and exchanges require prior approval. Packages sent to us without prior authorization may be refused.

We provide one complimentary resizing for rings within 30 days of the delivery/pick-up date. If resizing is not feasible due to the nature of the ring, we can facilitate an exchange for the correct size.

After 60 days from the delivery date, if jewelry requires repair, we'll assess and determine the cause of damage. Please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for items repaired by jewelers other than Maned Jewelry. Warranties for pieces altered outside of Maned Jewelry will be void.
